"So this has to be the GOAT Back on the Train, right? The jamming is note-perfect and it is the absolute perfect example of tension and release improv. Starts slow and dynamically soft and by 8:35 it kicks into high gear only to reach a wild crescendo at 9:41-9:53 which I’ll describe as a pure musical orgasm."

"While this show rages..Trey is super fucked up. So much that I couldn’t listen to much because his vocals literally made me anxious and a bit sad. At the same time a reminder of how incredibly comfortable and stellar he sounds these days and how far he’s come with his demons. I think my discomfort comes from a place of relation seeing my own path with drugs. I will relisten as many hold this show in very high regard. And that Birds outta the gate is just fucking fire."
