Looking For Owls? 10/30/2024 6:04:31 AM

"“I see you with Carini and that piece of ass, you built your house on windows, but those windows have no glass!” This is the last Carini to feature the original badass lyrics which add so much more explosive power to the opening of this banger. I will forever hate the naked dude who caused this unfortunate lyrical change, which had already happened prior to this show in 1998, but in this beautiful moment they were brought back one last time…every time I hear those opening chords I hold out hope that Trey will throw down with them once again, but I’m still waiting…"

"I cant believe I haven’t heard this show or remember listening to it , my best friend had every phish CD in the collection so I’ve probably heard some of it but 20 years ago I stumbled across this the other night and haven’t stopped listening A Unique and different sound, so phucking good , this show has moved into my top 20 favs for listening Cookiepuss thanks for the story, in true phish fashion, I’ve too met life friends and have had life changing experiences traveling to see shows Best band ever and forever "

"Still holds up, one of my fave Phish shows and a great one to suggest to new fans. I can listen to this show on loop and do. Love these sounds and tones. "

"A lot of people saying best Gumbo ever. Yes it is quite good. Slow and thick. Trey’s tone is excellent in the outro jam. However don’t overlook 11/14/95 as a solid contender! "

"A show I will always come back to. A show that sparked a deeper love for phish for me. I don’t think there is a better 2 set show, and I would love to hear some competitors. This patient jamming is what the entire phish project lead to. and thank god it did "
