"Each time I listened to this show I grow ever more confident that MSG floated for a good 20 seconds during Maze. A friend and I grabbed tickets at the last minute. Somehow managed to find two. It was his first show. I'm somewhere in the 90s. This show was face melting phenomental. Carini was so dark and eeery. Can't wait for 2013."

"I have to say I miss the old days people use to actually review the shows on this site. If this show was played in 2003 or 2004, or even as recent as 2009 the reviews would be pouring in. This is an incredible show...seriously...incredible. A few years ago everyone was bitching about the lack of jams and here we are looking at a 6 song set. Inspired playing all around and the best tone Trey's had probably since 1.0. Disease>Twenty Years Later>Carini is nothing short of amazing. Darkness so thick you would think it was Halloween. And to have a MAGNIFICENT Slave and a stellar Hood at the back end of this show is just gravy. Add to that a great first set with highlights in Antelope, Back On The Train, and Divided Sky (which is always a treat at the Garden), and you have yourself a very very above average show. Great, Great stuff. If you have to grab some shows from 2012, here are my personal ten in order they were played: 1. 6/7/12 2. 6/15/12 3. 6/23/12 4. 7/6/12 5. 7/8/12 6. 8/19/12 7. 8/31/12 8. 9/2/12 9. 12/28/12 10. 12/30/12 Honorable mentions: 8/15/12, 8/28/12, 9/1/12 These are all GREAT shows and well worth the price of the download. "I was there. Front section Floor West. Set 2 was by far the single best set I've witnessed in my 60 something shows. I'm posting this review to help those who weren't there or haven't heard this show yet. Definitely buy this show. Also, 12/28/12 Tweezer is up there as well."

"Amazing show. Download this one if you like the idea of 2.0 style darkness filtered through the lens of a Phish that is much more together in 3.0. This show really made me turn my head. The Dick's run showed that they were now willing to explore on a more frequent basis, and this show took that risk-taking into some genuinely frightening terrain. The visceral power of the Disease>Twenty Years>Carini is completely insane. I'm sure it planted nightmares into the heads of spaced out fans. Oh and that's not all! The show takes a turn into the blissful afterwards. The Slave is in my very humble opinion, by FAR the best of 3.0. They have not built up and released in this song in this manner in years. And THEN they throw a masterful masterful Hood in the encore slot with a Show of Life tacked on as to not ruin any flow. Add to that monumental set a brilliantly played build up of a set in set one, with highlights coming in the form of Back On the Train and My Friend, and you have in my opinion EASILY one of the greatest and riskiest shows of 3.0"
