This here first set is super tight with some real heavy hitters ; Nothing, NMINML, Stash, Bowie, Possum ! Throw in YEM to close set two and you’ve got one heck of a show !! Summer 15 is HOT PHISH !

This show is a testament to how great Summer Tour 2015 was. A very fun show with great band interplay but not a whole lot of improvisation. Highlights are Stash, Bowie, Light and YEM. 3.5 stars
phriend of the phish phanbase
to the phellow who phought the phans on the use of ph instead of f, phind a hobby or something. this is nitpicking at it's phoniest, stay phocused on having phun instead of bashing other peoples phonetics, btw phuck u.

Hey thanks TDiddy. I certainly will consider you a phriend phor life...lma-oph. Damn Philly huh! Those two Philly shows were the shit. Unphortunetely only shows I got to on this tour but MANN was Phun as Phuck. And I'm not letting the phact id prepher to have seen a phew more shows bother me cuz those Mann shows were phreaking great! Especially when I think about a situation like not being to come to shows because of a physical issue it humbles me and reminds me to cherish the experiences I did have. Anyway here's hoping for a winter tour on the Easter seaboard....Boston(home phor me) to Philly and beyond! Peace phriend.

To @kentucky ken: I love your post. Simple truth. First off alive one is what made me "get" phish as a young classic rock fan. The stash, hood, tweezer and gumbo in particular , but really the whole thing and just how it played so smooth like a real show. Anyway what I really love about your post is that it's so nice to see a veteran acknowledge the greatness that was and the greatness that is and all that came in between. I've never seen anyone say it so eloquently without any modifiers and ifs, ands or buts, and just acknowledge the greatness of the evolutionary arc of the band as a whole instead of slashing it to pieces and glorifying this piece or crapping on that one. Thank you. Peace
Kentucky Ken
I've been touring since '90, and as much as today's Phish is different from the 90s zeniths, it is more tight and consistent. Sure, miss the kinds of Stashes and Hoods you get on A Live One, but I still love what Phish is putting out there. I can't wait for Mound and Lizards at Watkins :)

I dont care if it gets to u boss-live ur life and i will live mine! I am 36 years old with bachelor degrees-so ur way off about highschool nonsense! Lmao# enjoy the shows everyone! Even u boss! pholks, I shouldn't have to tell any of this to you, you should all know, anonymity breeds courage (and cowardice, however you want to look at it) I've been to about 75 shows dating back to 12/30/94. in all that time I've never seen a fight or even a real argument. anyone who uses these boards in a hostile manner is nothing but a coward with beer balls. they would never say things that they say here to a live person, and that my phriends is called cowardice. god forbid the band actually reads this nonsense, cuz they would break up and deprive all of us of our musical orgasms. so chill the phuck out, you are going against everything this band stands for and you really can't call yourself phans.
Too Personally
I think people get mad if you say something wasn't so great. And I don't see why people are so fixated on song length. I've seen shows in every era where the were only two songs breaking the ten minute mark. One of my favorite tweezers is only 11.5 minutes long. Just give an honesty review of the show. Quit taking reviews personally and help people make a decision on whether to purchase or not. Some nights are hits and some nights are misses. To each his own.
Some guy
First of all, expectations were too high. You can argue that the reason why is because of all the insane shows that were played this tour, especially the night before. This would be a valid argument. However, they did play 18 shows in 25 days, traveling all over the country, many times giving it everything they got. I don't know about you but I get kinda tired and worn out after only attending three of four shows in a row on any tour. These guys are beat and were probably looking forward to return home and relax with their families for three days. Additionally, this band is all about surprises and unpredictability. Of course they're going to get a little pissed when everyone is saying, "don't miss a Sunday show!" I bet most people who could only make it to one MPP show picked the Sunday show. This band has historically taught people a lesson who overlook certain shows. I expected Saturday would be the better show. Finally, this show wasn't even that bad. Sure there wasn't much extended improv like they showed last night or during the tour, but it was still pretty good. You guys should be happy that they're playing at all.

On a more in depth personal music note-I loved Julius! Quick tight and the consist play continued with No men in no mands land-stash-and a hard delivered Bowie! The phirst set was definetely a builder phor set 2-and did possum at end of set 1 to keep us up phor set 2! Set 2 was awesome! The bands phunky phlow allowed me to hobble around to check out different angles and move phrom some meatheads! Lmao# smh# Phuego is ok-but was played tight to show the consistent play all night! Slave was solid-as it usually is and is my sons phavorite! But as i stated before my highlight was definetely Sneakin and Yem-stripped me down bare and had my one good leg working overtime# lol! Really enjoyed Backward as encore and just was so thankful phor this tour! I even took time to go backward to reflect my struggles and how i used this tour to motivate myself all around this summer! Thank you phish and all the great heads that have made this a summer i will never phorget! Keep rocking phish-we all love it!!
Tdiddy36
On a bizarre day personally-i was so thankful phor the show to pick up my spirits! 4 years ago i shattered my back and had a cage with 8 rods to restabilize my spine! 2 weeks after 6 months of learning how to walk again-I was diagnosed with lupus and learned I have had cystic phibrous(which apparently I was born with) and was dormant since birth but with all the stress and chronic pain became obvious I had endured a second auto immune disease. The last 4 years have been an emotional and physical battle! But like I said before I rambled on-this tour and show last night gave me peace of mind! Loved the phirst set-and the second set reminded me why I worked so hard to walk again! Sneakin Sally into YEM was tight-phunky and showed the type of energy I love phrom Phish! I did see a lot of the nonsense skunk 6 was talking about-and is a disgrace-but thank god I was personally somewhere else thanks to the phine phoursome! Lol# I hope everyone enjoyed the show and was safe-except phor the goons acting like tools!
Ha ha ha
If the tour thus far has been a preview, then Watkins Glen is gonna be absurd. Perhaps this Sunday can be seen as a beautiful calm before the storm.
Lawn service
So def not the most creative show of the tour in terms of jamming and band interplay. However, first set stash had some great tension/release and bowie was tight. Second set Slave was played well and has been all summer long. I thought twist was extra crisp and concise and I was happy to see that it was not used as a predictable jam tune. Even Fuego, a tune that I flat out don't like hearing was played very well. Sneakin is always one of my fav covers, and that YEM was badass. The first few movements were played well but standard, until the final 2 sections where Trey and Mike are just doing it dirty. Trey is rippin funky chord phrases and mikes is just dropping boooombs- and they tie the whole weekend back togather with a sleeping monkey vocal jam that got sinister and scary. Certainly not a clunker, don't sleep.
Shezrolet
There are very few phish songs that I actually dislike. Sometimes I'm not in the mood for a few, however to me, it's all about the energy the tune evokes at the moment of impact. Absolutely love fuego! Out of 18-22 songs per night, I may not feel one or two, but still enjoy the shows. Amazing tour! Messenger birds in sight...,

I thought Sloth's review was quite creative, avoiding both literal interpretation and negative rapture.

Hey great post DABBO! Love the positivity. We need more of it here. At the shows an in the real phamily there is plenty of it but if a stranger were to stumble on these boards I have to say it would not seem as Phriendly as it should be.
also
Sloth- your attempt at witty story telling has to be one of the most convoluted and ridiculously pointless things I've read on these boards which is saying A LOT!

Are you people for real? Fuego been played 7 out of 23 shows in 2015... And fuego is reminding you of time turns elastic? Ok well fuego is an improv jam vehicle while TTE is a fluffhead-esque fully composed and 0%improv suite that has been played only 17 times and hasn't been played since fall 2010. At least come up with some appropriate analogies for your stupid comments and then make the stupid comments. That way your only partially an idiot.
Jerry
Waste of time on tracks should not even played fuego would have loved a 14min Sally with jam
Finnegans Wake
Sloth said what I was going to say

As Trey said last night, "thank you all for being part of this" or something closely resembling that... Phish is a collective experience whether you are there or webcasting, whether you see the first or last show or if you happen to catch it a year later on JamOn: they are better than ever and that's all you need to know. And I have to agree with an earlier statement, the refinement and placement of inprovisation is nearing a point of perfection. Long live the phish

many will say your run of two nights from the merriweather post is no forbin's chalice -- special, made of gold. no famous mockingbird's plumage -- coming, as it does, in rainbows. no writings of icculus -- honey-sugared, mellifluous. however, from the tree it was a very special experience, and one which i shall cherish for a timespan greatly longer than one blink of my eye; this despite my extreme dissatisfaction with the bass response from my HF mobile. file under: things to do while hanging upside-down in a tree waiting for the phone to ring? yes! the early night-two "julius" alone would put wilson himself into a cold sweat of jealousy. in my mind's eye, i see him vengefully arranging back-to-back screenings of "the blues brothers" in the castle cineplex for he and his minions -- haHAhaHAhahaHAAA. ahh. in closing, i should like to apologise for failing to give night two my undivided attention. things became very hectic in the tree and i had no other time during which to sharpen my claws. for in this time when even a tree-dweller such as myself, who doesn't wear clothes, per se, is "tightening his belt," it becomes important to wring value from the webcast. for although i am otherwise well-off, it has gotten to the point where i will breathe as many as ten times before the phone will ring, and then i am often asked only if i would like to take a survey.

Hey Guys,
Solid show, not a typical Sunday non misser, but still.... Phish. Is is my understanding that I can still use my TicketFly code to get a free download of the show, correct? I thought it worked in the past, as in, I don't need THE official Phish ticket, please correct me if I'm wrong. I also had a problem with them (TF) when ordering/picking up the tickets and had to purchase more, I was not the only one with that issue (Although I was heavily rewarded by the Lockn' Gods.) Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

I may be a noob but Ive seen the best the best shows this summer bithces. Amazing company, awesome people, awesome place!!

No super long type II or crazy bustouts.
But the Stash-Bowie-Possum segment, the DWD-> Slave and the Light were all packed with spectacular improvisation.
Don't be so quick to judge this show. Listen close
