"Trey sounds like he was asleep for sugar shack "

"Very underrated peak on Ghost. I couldn’t tell awesome it was when I was at the show because of everyone talking. "

"Sounds like Trey nailed this sugar shack...I mean he plays it diff by nature than Scott does they’re such diff guitarists but in terms of the parts that Trey is supposed to play a certain way (I find it to be a noodly song in a good way) I felt he hit them. Curious others opinions "

"Listened to this show during a long car drive without ever looking at the set-list beforehand. My impressions of the first set are not in line with what some others are saying. I thought the first set was great with a good flow. The material, with the exception of Stash and 46 Days, all had its origin in 3.0 and, of those songs, most were from Big Boat with two Joy-era songs thrown in. People tend to crap all over these songs, but I am not one in that camp. You could tell there was some fire in this set in the extended Party Time (they've been pushing this one on this tour - the version from the Gorge got some extra love, but this MPP version gets the full treatment - its like a New Orlean's funk party version of Cars, Trucks, and Buses and I love it!). I was expecting Breath and Burning to make an appearance earlier in this tour, but was happy to see it appear here, again, with a really nice exploration in the final sections. Home, a favorite of mine, was welcome and got a nice 2018 treatment. This is a song that I would love them to take for a ride more often. I straight-up cried during Joy. I am NEVER disappointed when they play it and this was a great spot for it. The Stash was nice and went to some new places, but that 46 Days - a song that is really taking off in 2018 - was the crown jewel of the set. Set II opening with a Sand will never make this fan mad and this version was awesome. I will admit to not being much of a Mercury fan, but this version with its excellent jam that went into a cool take on Ghost was fun. The Ghost jam lost its steam a bit, but gets picked back up for a shortened Fuego that jumps into a beautiful Slave. The long encore was played because (IMHO) the second set was short. Others have postulated the weather was concern and, having not been there, I will have to agree with those in attendance for the reason. I love 20 Years and all the songs that follow. I can see how people would be down on this show based in the set list, but the audio doesn't prove out that this was a "low point" at all. Like all of this summer tour, Phish has been delivering the goods and just destroying America in the process."
