"I’m glad to see some positive reviews here about this Legendary Halloween show. At the time it seemed like all I heard was complaints about how Phish once again hadn’t played something as insufferably boring as Led Zeppelin IV or some shite like that. The whole ruse of it being some ultra obscure Scandinavian prog psych masterpiece was such a brilliant way to present it as well. I don’t understand how anyone listened to this and didn’t recognize how much these songs harken back to so many of the weird older Phish songs we all love. Trey was probably thinking, “Well, we wrote a bunch of cool songs reminiscent of our older stuff, and they still shit all over it. Oh well, fuck ‘em…guess we’ll just keep writing more songs about saving your soul on a wave of loving hope!” Lol Phish, I beg of you to incorporate more of this incredible music into the rotation on a regular basis, pretty please??"
