"Here we are months later and I’m still salty at Trey for the 2nd set. I mean that 1st set was one of the best if not the best of the year. A true smoking 1st set. My Friend through Stash is why we pay the ticket, with an audaciously held peak note during Fluff. Not even going to count the bars. Sure Trey, I’ll even give you Life Saving Gun in there. Riding high! The energy at set break was reminiscent of the early Dick’s years. An electric buzz of we all just got hosed down by jams that no other band ever could produce. But then Trey had to go and do that song selection for the 2nd set. I mean great night, had a blast, but anyone who was there would be lying to say the stadium wasn’t let down in set 2. They had the magic, and the song selection ran them into a wall. Anyone there who says they didn’t feel the energy in the stadium drop of would be lying. Even the pretty good and possibly re-igniting Tweezer was abandoned for a mediocre Light. Stick to the 1st set here, it’s a regular spin for me. I love science!"
