STREAMING ONLY WITH LIVEPHISH+ The sixth volume in the LP on LP vinyl series highlights Simple and Blaze On from 8/6/21, the first show of a three-night stand at Ruoff Music Center in the Indianapolis suburbs, one of Phish's most-played venues with 23 shows between 1995 and 2016 before this 3-nighter, rescheduled from 2020. Side A features Simple a lush performance displaying the bands expanding and experimental sonic palette. Side B consists of an extended Blaze On that stretches to 27 minutes(the longest to date). These two cuts highlight modern-day peak Phish in a summer soiree at a favorite spot in what was once the cornfields of Indiana. LP on LP 06 was recorded by Garry Brown and mixed from the multitrack masters by Vance Powell.

"Blaze On is the BEST thing I have ever seen in my life in person. Its funny cause this is one of only shows Ive ever been totally sober at. Just goes to show when they lock in its universal and youre gonna feel it no matter what. Another funny thing is just about all my friends were at this hometown show and NOBODY EVEN REMEMBERS blaze on, theyre like blaze on what are you talking about? So I make it a point to make sure yhey hear it nice and loud. Not even a big fan of blaze on but as Ive learned, it doesnt matter what song it can happen at anytime. You just gotta let them play. Please keep doing 3 night runs at Deer Creek."
