"Runaway Jim had the whole audience singing along to the chorus, which was an awesome moment (looks like it was the only time Trey played it during the tour). The acoustic set was beautifully played - it was fun to watch Trey play the chords to My Friend My Friend - he cracked a little smile when the intense guitar solo would have been screaming in the song, while he just continued to play the background chords. The whole band was tight all night. What impressed me about Natalie and Jen was that they seemed to perfectly find an entrance point in an extended jam to complement a Trey solo (in a counterpoint or harmonic manner) - this also looked to impress and surprise Trey at times - he would be in the middle of an extended guitar solo and the horns seemed to magically figure out what he was doing, and come in and complement his lead line at the perfect time. Tony and Russ are groove masters, and there were a few moments when Trey, Tony, and Russ clearly were taking the jam to a deep, intense groove - so good, the rest of the band graciously listened as the three of them strongly tightened down the groove. Ray was original with his piano lines and often brought new melodic ideas to a jam that Trey seemed to certainly appreciate, complement, and contrast. Everyone I spoke to and saw at the show seemed to enjoy themselves immensely, and overall it was a great, solid show in my opinion!"
