"Strong night for the boys and a hell of a party on the SPAC lawn hoping they come back a lot more often for the 4th of July Weekend"

"The peak in the Fuego Jam is “REDONK”......rest of the Set has very nice flow with some atypical dissonance in the Light Jam ......Fuego> DWD> Twist>Light>Theme is a really nice sequence . "

"Somone mentioned something about the bands vocals in an earlier review. First off I've never really cared for commenting on the vocals of a band whose main purpose is to jam. However since I do like a lot of the bands songs and one of the many things that separates phish from being a generic "jam band " just like the dead before them is that they axtually do beautiful vocal harmonies. And on that point id like to say I personally prefer their older voices to their younger voices. Trey used to have an odd sounding voice and used to yell instead of sing and I really like how are has created a little huskier kind of texture to his voice. Also I find that trey tries way less than he used to to song out of his range-most likely as a recognition of some loss of sonic range but it's ended up being a blessing to me because red used to try his Aretha Franklin impression a little to often for my taste and now he seems content to sing in the two proper octaves god gave him range to. As far as the rest of the band I think mike has only gotten better with more and more experience from his tours with Leo kottke as well as Fronting his own band so there is improvement there. Page is the same as ever , maybe a tiny but of lung capacity gone but sounds fine and fish is fish lol. Their harmonies however IMO are as good as ever at least as far as can be expected. They dobt tour nonstop all year with each other anymore so it's tough but I think they manage to do pretty Damn good job with it. Just my opinion "
