"I was at this show, and I didn’t think much of it. Now I am listening to it again now, and parts of it are not that bad. It doesn’t compare to the Halloween shows at the MGM though. Oh well. Hasta my phriends."

"This 46 days. The best."

"Oh man. My first Phish show ever and I'm stupid, effing grateful. My favorite of theirs in general is "David Bowie", and I couldn't have been a luckier dude to have witnessed it here. Fishman is relentless on "Down With Disease", not giving up for the band to come around and seriously rock that out towards the end. Definitely my favorite song of the show. Fantastic song selection altogether. Other super standouts include the rockin' "Kill Devil Falls", and a real pretty "The Train Song". I hope I'm only halfway through my life, because I'm going to spend the next 35 years listening to hundreds of shows in their back catalogue. Thank you, Phish. Maryland Heights, MO to Inglewood, CA."

"While I very much enjoy Phish 2014, I miss the soloing by Trey. Page rips it up several times a night for every show. And Gordo is the machine that we all know and love. I think Phish is playing at a level to where it's the whole band just working through the jam and just making some nice, solid band driven jams with no solos really sticking out. To me, Trey is the one that makes or breaks a Phish show. And while the jams are solid and flubs are very few, I just wish Trey would just let it rip more and bust out some solos that just peak and peak. And the Ocedoc, while a very nicely made guitar, is definitely my least favorite. Something about the sound of it is off to me. Band is playing well. Very tightly locked in with eachother, would just love some maching gun Trey more often. That is all. Thank you Phish."

"Maybe I can't face up to the facts. There are jams in which I don't mind the "strained" effect as I call it, where it even enhances the jam. But for the most part it takes away from one of the things that made me fall in love with Phish in the early 90's and that was the ability Trey had to literally make his axe sing. The effects were minimal and the speed and precision he played with always blew me away. Those "Oh Shit!" moments still happen these days, but now I only experience that ecstacy 2 or 3 times per tour instead of every set. Not a complaint, just an observation. I will gladly sift through every performance to find those nuggets of joy. To the responder who obviously has musical inclination and insight- Why do you think Trey has made this change?? I hate to ask the question, but do you think Trey has been using more and more effects to cover for his slower more methodical style of play now that he is older??"
