"There’s a lot to love in this show. The jam in Everything’s Right is great. Cactus shows no mercy after leading it off. "

"Winter queen >Yarmouth>Shade>Halfway Home. Who hurt you phish? And why take it out on us? The encore says it all. First “maze” in an encore ever, culminating with a big middle finger aka “Wilson.” Easily one of the most mundane weekends I’ve spent at mpp with phish. At the end of “Maze” I remember thinking that the weekend was essentially a WASTE of time and then “waste” came on and I heard the lyrics in a way I had never heard them before. When I started to realize how ridiculously “inside my head” phish was “sanity” came on and I began to genuinely wonder how they did that. Then the big F you with “Wilson.” Bravo boys. The jams were lackluster this weekend, but you still delivered a hell of a message. Thank you. "

"This Ruby Waves starts strong then Trey seems to put his guitar on auto play while he goes to take a leak then returns to drift around without finishing the song. Fishman is the hero on this one keeping the rhythms rolling through it all. An unofficial unfinished Ruby Waves. Still better than some though."

"Carini right off the bat! got everybody on their toes and it was a really solid version too. The band forgot to give Page his solo at the end of Gumbo, which led to the coolest thing ever which was them starting back up the gumbo jam groove and gave him his solo lol that was awesome. It's Ice was great, the jam felt a little rushed but who am I to say it should've been longer. Really great Antelope, seriously what a rager. Crosseyed> ER> RW is one of the better second set openings I've seen, they were just really on it at this show. Everything's right has an outstanding jam in it, Mike hit his octave pedal in the beginning of the jam and it just kept getting even better from there, this Ruby Waves was still my favorite version of the song throughout the summer until Alpine lol, it's still a really great version don't get me wrong but the Alpine one is out of this world. MPP2 2019 is a hugely Underrated show of this summer, check it out"
