"Andy’s birthday show (first in 30 years and 175ish shows) was perfection. The one day the winds didn’t fuck with the sound, the birds flying overhead lit up by CK’s magic, the ER that took us to space and the Hood encore had me crying happy tears. In such an upside down world, we got to live, for just one night, in a space of bliss and love and light. ????????"

"I had to listen again to be sure, because when I first heard the last 8 minutes of Everything’s Right, up there with the ending of 8/10/97 Cities as one of my favorite sequences of all time. Insane that they’ve gotten back to this level at this age, but soon they’ll have been back together longer than the 1st era. To follow this up with the jam in No Men, and neither gets picked for YouTube release because the masterful 20–>Piper that was to follow. This had the potential to be a set II for the ages if it closed with a stronger song selection, but those opening 4 contain a lot of magic. "
