"My first Phish show. I got paid to see this show, I was working for Alpine Valley. N2, didn't get lucky to see that one, still, cool memories."

"Second set is amazing. Hard to imagine that this is the same band that took the stage at Coventry just a couple months later. What an amazing Mike's Groove, followed by a note-perfect YEM with extra enthusiasm, and then a fantastic shift into 2001. Incredible! What a show!"

"i was 16 when i saw this show. so happy this site exists. such a great show this night.. the day before my bday.. couldn't have asked for a better bday present than to see one of Phish's last shows at Alpine for awhile. PHISHEAD FOR LIFE!"

"This show is like Rambo taking out a few last enemies while mortally wounded before falling for (seemingly) the final time. Everyone knew it was over-then a diamond in the rough in front of 40,000 at Alpine. What was then the last Roses ever-in stark contrast to its flawless execution on its debut-shows how some simple things were just undoable for Trey at this point, but the raw emotion and joy at one last great time before the end seeps through all show. Awesome Wolfman's and 7 Below. A genuine awesome Phish show, the last one before the reunion in my opinion. This and SPAC night 1 are my suggestions for PH Phish."
