"A few things about this show before you purchase this. first off this is NOT a good starting place for newcomers check out something else like the hampton comes alive box set, or walnut creek or alpine valley 2000 or something. the playing on this show is pretty stiff on certain songs not really on the new ones that debuted here but the older ones. mostly because phish had not played in over 2 years before this show. also a few songs bandmembers get confused about when vocals start come in early realize it was too early for a split second then stopped. so if you're one of those people who are just anal about everything and just HAS to have everything perfect this show is probly not for you. for me its not a problem i dont give a crap i wanted this show for years and finally have it...again after a virus wiped out all my phish shows. but i will say its pretty obvious that certain songs were not rehearsed and played on the spot after having not been played for two years. like the squirming coil. squirming coil is almost played spot on from the lawn boy studio recording they dont really jam out on it or have that big long piano outro from page. these really arent complaints just notes in general. i think its a fine show. not really stellar but fine. the laters shows from hampton there on do get better in the jamming sense with much less stiff playing shows."
