"Not sure it is the best ahow of 3.0, but the song choice is good theoughout, solid versions of After Midnight, Alumni Blues, Mellow Mood, Llama, Curtain, Caves, Mike's, and Mango, and a notable Night Nurse. I would add, if yoy get a chance to stream the LivePhish video, Fishman is locked in. "

"My apologies to Gumbo... I read your after I posted my 1-yr. ann'y review. Similarities? Yes. Intentions? Pure."

"A year has passed... oh what time hath told. Who would have thought that Manchester would outlast AC, MSG, two tours and SB9 as the creme de la top of 3.0? I still point to After Midnight as the most ripping opener I have ever seen (31 shows, for those asking the question) - 45 minutes late, the band took the stage and served notice to the masses: IT'S ON. After Midnight, The Sloth, Alumni Blues > ALTJP > Alumni Blues is up there with the Mellow Mood, Ghost, LimbxLimb Albany Fall2000 opener as my favorite 3-song crusher of an opener. Opener? Indeed my friend, opener... the rest was gravy. The Curtain With was a masterpiece, a gnarly SOAMule, and ASIHTOS was in the deepy deep. I know a lot of heads poo-poo the 2nd set, and it has it's flaws - as does the first set. I will say this: Mike's was RAGING, a cohesive and focused jam with a blistering finish. Makisupa > Night Nurse > Makisupa??!! Flawless in both segue-execution and classic PHiSH in-the-moment relevance. Ghost > Mango was TASTY, plain and simple. I leave you with the energetic, exuberant, and quite simply put human Llama Reprise. It was off-the-cuff, visceral, and you just KNEW the band was feeling it; they were grateful. It cannot be overstated when mentioning the energy in that place, on that night - folks have said it here time and again, so no need to beleaguer the point - it was the perfect New England PHiSH experience. I still miss it! MSG11 Biatch!"

"Is it just me or in Light when the chorus is That Purify My Soul they're saying 90210...give it listen. Btw, best Light in 3.0. The whole show was sick! The makisupa>nn>makisupa is ridiculous. "

"Without hesitation, this is the best show of 3.0. No doubt. I've yet to hear or see another show since the reunion that features such solid, creative, and energetic playing coupled with such a dream setlist and early-90's-styled segues. I mean, Ghost->Mango->Mangopaug Pre-Shift->Weekapaug->Llama Reprise. Come on! And this was the first *REALLY* gnarly peaking Mike's Song since the return, imo. Trey played it properly, pushing the release notes at the climaxes, rather than slamming on the closing chords. This shit gets CRAZY for the last 8 or so measures before the closing chords come in. Fucking BONKERS, especially with the lights. This was a FIERCE Mike's Song. The Simple that follows is really gorgeous, with Page on the piano, dancing around Trey's lines. This show is really all about this Ghost, though... best Ghost besides Albany and Miami. If you're feeling down about Phish and their style of playing now (which you SHOULDN'T be), then you need to throw this on and get the wake up call needed to bring you back into Phish glory. "
